In the year 1970, Jim O'Neal began attending his races with some spare tires and parts to sell to local riders. It was then that his first big product, the Preston Petty fenders, came to fruition. "Those Fenders were hot," as off-road racing was just getting serious, and everyone needed the better parts, apparel, and accessories to compete. This marked the birth of Jim O'Neal Distributing Inc.

The helmet features a polycarbonate/ABS shell construction, ensuring a weight of 1590g (± 50g). The moisture-wicking, removable, and washable air-channeled comfort liner provides optimal ventilation through the vent holes. The integrated face shield and height-adjustable helmet shield offer additional protection, while the padded chin strap with a Double-D safety lock ensures a secure fit. The helmet meets both DOT FMVSS 218 and ECE 22.05 safety standards, making it suitable for street, enduro, side-by-side, and adventure bike use. The helmet is made of 100% nylon and is imported.
