The Formula-CC helmet, much like the original industry-leading Formula Carbon model, contains all the critical elements that make Formula helmets the absolute pinnacle of total head protection. Developed in collaboration with the world's foremost leaders in helmet safety and tested under rigorous scientific review to exceed ECE and DOT standards, the Formula-CC offers elevated defense against a wider range of impacts when you ride.

At the heart of the Formula-CC's superior impact management is its Adaptive Impact System (AIS) - a high-performance ecosystem of structural designs and energy-mitigating materials, including the leading-edge viscoelastic material RHEON. This finely-tuned system greatly improves impact management over traditional helmets.

The helmet's Tri-weave composite shell, comprised of carbon fiber, DuPont Kevlar, and fiberglass, delivers a lightweight shell with superior penetration resistance. The Impact Energy Cells made of RHEON maximize the absorption of low-speed linear and rotational impacts, reducing forces transmitted to the brain.

Conehead EPS Technology provides a softer liner, where the cones help manage and absorb impact forces more efficiently. Six critical zones have been meticulously fine-tuned for a progressive response to both low-speed and high-speed impacts. The expanded volume of EPS in strategic areas of the helmet creates more impact-absorbing suspension between your head and the ground.

The EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) chin bar offers an additional element of impact mitigation, with its superior damage resistance and energy-absorbing properties. The clavicle shell relief zone, filled with EPS and EPP, aids in reducing clavicle injuries.

The custom-molded rubber trim includes an integrated nose guard, and the lightweight, custom visor screws and stainless-steel D-rings enhance the overall user experience. The comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads are made of washable, moisture-wicking material for added comfort and convenience.

The Formula-CC's True Functional Ventilation (TFV) system ensures optimal airflow. When in motion, air is forced through multiple air intake vents, passed through aligned vent channels in the EPS, and then exits out multiple rear exhaust vents, providing a refreshing and efficient cooling experience.
